Our deep draw capabilities include the use of many different allows, including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, pre-plated coppers and brass. We offer components in raw materials ranging from .005" to .090" starting thickness with blanks up to 4.500 in diameter. Parts can currently be drawn up to 2 1/4", and we are developing processes to increase our capabilities in that area. Industries we have serviced include hardware, fasteners, DOD, aerospace, and automotive.
J&J Precision, an industry leader in the field of progressive stamping, with over 100 years of combined experience in the design and manufacture of products for the automotive, aerospace, hardware, and medical industries. Our press capacities range from 5 to 100 Tons, with machine bed sizes to accommodate up to 60" Die sets. We also specialize in such progressive areas as in-die tapping and assembly and prototype and development works. Designing is done with latest Solid Works 3-D software.
