Our deep draw capabilities include the use of many different alloys, including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, pre-plated coppers and brass. We offer components in raw materials ranging from .005″ to .090″ starting thickness with blanks up to 4.500 in diameter. Parts can currently be drawn up to 2 ¼ “, and we are developing processes to increase our capabilities in that area.
