I am currently the President of J&J Precision, Inc.  We are a family owned and operated business operating two facilities in Thomaston CT, since 1977.  I have worked for J&J for over 20 years in many different capacities. I earned my Tooling apprenticeship and continue to gain experience working with and learning from our talented team members.  Following in the footsteps of my father John S. Maxwell who I continue to learn from today.

I currently sit on the board of Thomaston Savings Bank, and our company is involved in local manufacturing organizations, SMA and Northwest Chamber of Commerce. We also donate to Thomaston Police Explorers, Thomaston Food Pantry and ACS Relay for Life.
